• Answering an average of 10-20 student emails weekly, addressing course-related questions and clarifying concepts
• Facilitating online discussions and helping students engage with course material by participating in weekly forums.
• Grading assignments and providing detailed feedback for 60+ students, maintaining fairness and consistency in evaluations

May 2024 - Present

Responsibilities:

• Developing an AI chatbot using the ChatGPT API for MCS2020 and MGMT1000 courses to help answer student questions.
• Training and validating data so the chatbot can accurately answer questions related to course content.
• Using Python to train and test the chatbot through beta testing.
• Expected to reduce professors' email and discussion board workload by 14% with the AI chatbot.
